What makes steprepeat.com different than other vendors?

With over 17 years experience in prepress and digital imaging services, New Vision Imaging is the parent company of these specialty divisions. Our state-of-the-art equipment and prepress industry expertise means that we identify and resolve potential problems before production, saving you time and money and achieving the best possible results. All of our work, from production, to custom sizing and prep work for installation (such as applying grommets), is done in-house, which affords us total control of all phases of production.

How do you keep your pricing competitive?

Because we own our own equipment and don’t deal with middle manufacturers for any phase of production, we are able to keep tight control on our costs, passing the savings on to our customers.

What’s the difference between boards and banners?

Boards are printed on a satin vinyl and mounted to 1/2-inch sturdy ultra board. Banners are printed on a high quality, super smooth 15oz banner material and can be sewn, hemmed and have grommets applied. Both can be sized to your specifications, although 4’ x 8’ is standard sizing.

How long will my banner or board last?

Not only are our inks the highest quality, longest lasting available on the market, but we finish our banners and boards with a U/V, water resistant coat to ensure maximum durability. Depending on weather conditions, you can expect an outdoor sign to last 1-3 years, and an indoor sign to last indefinitely.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Because every order is custom, all orders must be paid before we start production.

What if I need help or have a custom order?

Can I get an expert opinion from New Vision about my file before paying for my order?

Absolutely! Simply push file upload, and note your questions in the “Comments” section. One of our specialists will e-mail or call you within 2-3 hours to discuss your digital artwork.

Can you help me with hanging or displaying my banner or board?

We are a dedicated, full-service operation, and we are here to help you from creation of your large image output through the best display option possible. We can advise on hanging from grommets; provide you with retractable banner stands; or recommend other options to best display your signage.

When can I expect to receive my finished product?

Files received by New Vision by 10:00 am PST (1:00 p.m. EST) will ship the following day.
